The following deadlines apply for the 2025/26/2 semester at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Infocommunication:

Approval form for thesis or diploma project topics
(for students intending to register in the following semester)

• Submission deadline: May 14, 2026, 12:00

Submission deadline for theses and diploma projects:
(One printed copy must be brought to the final exam – it will be returned afterward – and an electronic version must also be uploaded to the library system.)

The required attachments must be completed with your personal data and sent by email to Deliné Szalai Anett at deline@sze.hu by May 14, 2026, 12:00.

The final deadline for uploading to the library system is also:
May 13, 2026, 12:00

The following attachments must be submitted by the above deadlines
(sent electronically to deline@sze.hu in doc/docx format):

• Review form (please carefully fill in all known data)
• Evaluation form (please carefully fill in all known data)
• Reviewer’s details (in consultation with your internal supervisor):
  name, email address, phone number, workplace, position

Signed by supervisors and student, scanned (PDF):

• Consultation sheet
• Assignment description sheet
