The deadlines valid for the 2025/26/1 semester at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Infocommunications are as follows:

Thesis or Diploma Project – Topic Approval Form
(for those intending to register in the following semester)

Submission deadline: December 11, 2025, 12:00 (noon)

Final submission deadline for theses and diploma projects
(One printed copy must be brought to the Final Examination – this copy will be returned after the exam – and the electronic version must be uploaded to the library system.)
Attachments must be filled out with your personal details and sent by email to horvath.helga@sze.hu

The final deadline for uploading to the library system is also: Thursday, December 11, 2025, 12:00 (noon).

Important: Submissions may be handed in earlier, but not later than the deadlines.

The submission of the following attachments is mandatory by the above deadlines – to be sent electronically to horvath.helga@sze.hu

• Evaluation Sheet (please carefully fill in all known information)

• Assessment Sheet (please carefully fill in all known information)

• Reviewer Information (to be coordinated with the internal supervisor) – name, e-mail address, phone number, workplace, position
